BridgeWay Consult operates as an independent international education advisory firm. We provide services including, but not limited to, student placement, visa advisory, scholarship and documentation support, test preparation referrals, and travel assistance. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines of services for each client will be explicitly defined in a separate written service agreement.

3. Disclaimer of Guaranteed Outcomes

While BridgeWay Consult leverages its professional expertise, institutional partnerships, and best efforts to advocate on your behalf, we cannot and do not guarantee admission to any educational institution, the approval of any visa application, or the awarding of scholarships. All final determinations are at the sole, absolute discretion of the respective academic institutions, embassies, consulates, or government immigration authorities.

4. Fees, Payments, and Third-Party Costs

Our professional consultancy fee structure will be communicated transparently before the commencement of any services. Fees are payable in accordance with the schedule outlined in your specific client agreement.

Please note that application fees, courier charges, medical examination fees, visa processing fees, and tuition deposits are strictly payable to the relevant third-party authorities (e.g., universities, visa application centers) and are entirely separate from BridgeWay Consult's professional fees. We are not responsible for fluctuations in third-party fees or exchange rates.

5. Client Responsibilities & Representations

To ensure the efficacy of our services, clients are strictly obligated to:

  • Provide completely accurate, truthful, and unaltered documentation and information.
  • Disclose any and all previous visa refusals, immigration irregularities, or criminal records immediately. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of our services without refund.
  • Meet all internal and external deadlines communicated by our consultants.
  • Attend all scheduled biometric appointments, medical examinations, and embassy interviews promptly.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to treat all sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement as strictly confidential. BridgeWay Consult processes all personal data in strict adherence to our Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act (Kenya) and global standards such as the GDPR.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content presented on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, proprietary frameworks, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of BridgeWay Consult and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of this content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BridgeWay Consult, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, delays caused by third-party authorities, or changes in immigration policies. In any event, our total aggregated liability shall not exceed the total professional fees paid by the client to BridgeWay Consult for the specific disputed service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya.

10. Modifications to Terms

BridgeWay Consult reserves the right to review, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued engagement with our services following such modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised Terms.
