The timeline varies depending on the country and institution. For UK universities, the process typically takes 4–8 weeks from application to offer, with visa processing adding another 3–8 weeks. European universities can take 6–12 weeks for admission decisions. We are known for our quick turnaround times and will give you a realistic timeline during your initial consultation based on your specific target institutions and intake dates.

No reputable consultancy can ethically guarantee admission, as the final decision always rests with the university. However, our consultants have deep knowledge of each institution's requirements and selection criteria. Visa interview preparation is included in our visa consultancy service for countries that require one (such as the UK and Schengen area countries). Our fee structure depends on the specific services you require and the complexity of your application. The initial eligibility assessment is always free. Service packages cover everything from application-only support to full end-to-end placement and visa assistance. Payment is typically structured in stages — an initial deposit upon engagement and the remainder upon agreed milestones (for example, after receiving your admission offer). We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and other convenient payment methods. Full payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. We do not ask for full payment upfront, and we will never ask you to pay university application fees directly to us — those always go to the institution.
