The President and primary trainer/consultant for Bridgeway Training and Consulting is Perry Carter. Bridgeway specializes in leadership, career building, team training and development. Some workshops include:

Perry is a dynamic leader and teacher who mixes logical and creative solutions to solve organizational problems. From individualized coaching in managerial effectiveness, to customer service protocols and personnel performance improvement, Perry makes a difference for individuals and entire organizations.
Perry Carter’s Background
Perry began his career in the broadcast industry as a content producer, writer, announcer, audio engineer and trainer. When he began winning excellence awards for national shows he helped create and produce, management began to take notice. He moved to management and was promoted to positions where training and strategic thinking were paramount for his group’s success. His initiatives led to critical acclaim within the industry and numerous national awards for excellence.
As a project manager he assumed leading roles in the construction of major national communications facilities. This required Perry to develop his understanding of the human as well as technical elements of the projects. This is where he developed his depth in management.
On to Public Speaking
Perry moved out on his own as an energetic public speaker, presenting for major corporations as well as community organizations. From that experience, he realized that it makes no difference what you say to people if they don’t remember it. Therefore, employing the communication skills he developed from his radio days, Perry uses storytelling combined with magic and experience to drive his points home and leave a lasting impression.
High-Performance Partnership
Perry knows that you can only achieve success backed by a strong team. That’s why he partnered with the international consulting firm 360 Solutions. Their client list includes companies like Hewlett-Packard, Amoco and Corning Glassworks.
Perry uses many of the time tested training resources of 360 Solutions to bolster his own material and thereby produces a tantalizing mix of high performance training and results-oriented consulting.

- Former affiliate in the National Speakers Association
- Certified as a Broadcast Technogist and Broadcast Engineer by the Society of
Broadcast Engineers. - Masters Degree in Education in Management from Antioch University
- Masters Degree in Business from the University of Minnesota
- Certificate in Electronics Technology from the Lowell Institute School, MIT.
